Layby Terms & Conditions

Le Morgan requires consecutive successful payments made through a monthly debit order for a prompt delivery to be done (unless there is a special payment arrangement in place to process delivery quicker).

Le Morgan reserves the right to postpone the delivery in a case where the payments are inconsistent, in this case a new payment arrangement will need to be made.

Should you want to cancel your Layby and the Company has received payments from you, the company will offer you products amounting to what you have already paid to date, alternatively should you request a refund the company will deduct a R200 cancellation handling fee from the amount to be refunded.

Payments are due on the agreed Layby payment date. Late payments may result in Le Morgan cancelling your layby agreement.

The package price is the agreed amount as per the layby agreement unless you change the package of your layby order.
