Warranties
These goods are covered for a period of 1 Year warranty and will be replaced with a completely new product within this period if the product is found to have a factory fault or factory defect. This warranty does not cover goods damaged by abuse, misuse, lightning or electrical surges, exposure to direct sunlight.
Items out of warranty can either be repaired at a minimal fee or a replacement can be purchased. Repairs may be possible for a small fee if replacement parts are available. If during the warranty period a product line is no longer available or a repair is no longer possible, a suitable replacement product can be purchased at 50% of the current selling price.
